We are all too familiar with the situation where you get instructions that your client is appointing one of the trust companies as executor. It used to be such a pain to replace your standard administrative provisions with the company’s required clauses.
Now, with e-State Planner, it’s all automatic!
If your client decides to appoint TD, Bank of Montreal, Scotia Trust, CIBC or Royal Trust, have no fear, e-State will insert that company’s specific clauses into your Single or Multiple Will.
In the Appointments Tab, select one of the trust companies as the Appointee and e-State will populate the Will with the clauses automatically.
Pain, no more!
